1. Who we are

Pro Clean Bristol Ltd ("Pro Clean Bristol", "we", "us") provides home and office cleaning services across Bristol and the surrounding areas. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and cleaning services, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. 2. Information we collect

Enquiries and quote requests. When you use the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us, so we can reply to your enquiry.

Cleaning clients. If you book a cleaning job with us, our cleaning staff record your name, property address, postcode, and email address, along with before-and-after photos of the work and any notes about the job, so we can complete the job and send you a record of it.

Website usage. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on our website. We only set a functional, first-party cookie for staff who log in to our internal job-management tools. This is not set for ordinary website visitors.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• To carry out booked cleaning jobs and send you a before-and-after summary of completed work.
• To keep a record of completed jobs for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and our own business records.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. How we share your information

We use a small number of service providers to run our website and business, who process data on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers the emails we send you (enquiry replies and job-completion emails).
• Vercel — hosts our website and briefly stores uploaded job photos while a job is being completed, before they are archived.
• Google Drive — we archive before-and-after job photos in a Google Drive folder that we own, as a permanent backup of completed work.

These providers are based outside the UK/EEA and may process data there under standard contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party except where required by law.

5. Our use of Google Drive

We connect our own Google account to our website using Google's OAuth sign-in, so our job-completion system can automatically save copies of before-and-after job photos to a Google Drive folder that Pro Clean Bristol owns. This connection uses Google's limited drive.file permission scope, which only lets our application see and manage the files it creates itself. It cannot read, modify, or access any other files in the connected Drive account. This connection is for our own internal record-keeping and is not used to access or process Google account data belonging to our website visitors or clients.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes set out above, or as required by law (for example, accounting and tax rules), after which we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@pro-cleanbristol.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our website and services change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
