1. About these terms
These terms apply whenever you request a quote from, or book a cleaning service with, Pro Clean Bristol Ltd ("Pro Clean Bristol", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, contact us at info@pro-cleanbristol.co.uk before booking.
2. Our services
We provide end-of-tenancy cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and monthly contract cleaning for homes and businesses across Bristol and the surrounding areas. The exact scope of work for your job is agreed with you before we start, based on your property and the service you've requested.
3. Quotes, bookings, and payment
Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you give us about the property and job. The final price may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the property differs from what was described. Payment terms are agreed with you at the time of booking or invoicing.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations may affect our ability to offer you future bookings.
5. Access and preparation
You're responsible for giving our team safe access to the property at the agreed time, and for securing or removing any items of significant value, fragility, or sentimental importance before we arrive. We'll always treat your property and belongings with care, but we can't be responsible for items left in areas we're asked to clean that weren't properly secured.
6. Job photos
For most jobs, we take before-and-after photos as a record of the work completed. These photos are emailed to you as part of your job-completion summary and kept in our own private Google Drive archive for our business records and quality assurance. We won't use your job photos publicly or for marketing without asking you first.
7. Our guarantee and liability
We're fully insured and aim to get every job right the first time. If you're not satisfied with a completed job, let us know as soon as possible so we can put it right. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Website use
The content on our website, including text, images, and the Pro Clean Bristol name and logo belongs to us or our licensors and is provided for information about our services. You're welcome to browse and share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse it commercially without asking us first.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
